Tasks

• Administration and configuration of network and security solutions
• especially firewalls, switches, WLAN, endpoint protection, email security
• Support of installed environments and services
• Evaluation of new security concepts
• Proactive support to protect installed components from failures
• Care for customer environments, development of managed security profiles, and preparation and documentation of 'best practices'

Qualification

• A completed education in the IT sector (e.g. Fachinformatiker/in for Systemintegration) or study with an informatics background ​
• High affinity for technical relationships and dependencies in the security area ​
• Basic knowledge of topics: firewalls, network
• Knowledge in handling firewall solutions - Fortinet desirable
• Knowledge of other security solutions desirable, such as WLAN, endpoint protection, email security
• Self-organized work ​
• Proactive working style on services is self-evident for you, so that no failures occur ​
• Driver's license class B
• Good communication skills in word and writing
• Pleasure at work in a team
