IT System Administrator (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

Your role:

You are our first in-house IT expert - and that's exactly what makes this role so unique. You will build our IT infrastructure from a well-established environment to a future-proof, structured landscape. No corporate ticket system, no departmental thinking - but genuine ownership over the network, server, cloud, and end devices.

Your tasks include:

• Administration and further development of our network and firewall infrastructure (Fortinet FortiGate, VLANs, VPN, segmentation)
• Operation and optimization of our Windows Server environment including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware)
• Administration of our Microsoft 365 tenant - Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, and Intune
• Technical responsibility for our ERP system: updates, interfaces, and cooperation with external providers
• Standardized end device management for Windows and iOS including onboarding & offboarding
• Building a solid IT security and compliance structure: authorization concept, backup strategy, documentation
• Automating routine processes using PowerShell or Python

Qualifikation

Your profile:

• Multiple years of experience as an IT System Engineer or Administrator
• In-depth knowledge in at least two areas: network/firewall, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, virtualization, or IT security
• Safe handling of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
• Structured, proactive working style - you don't wait for tickets, you recognize the need for action yourself
• Nice-to-have: experience in a production environment (OT/IT), certifications (Fortinet, Microsoft) or knowledge of ISO 27001 / NIS2
