IT System Administrator (m/f/d) – Windows Server

• Infrastructure & Servers: You will manage and further develop our internal server landscape based on Windows Server 2022 and Hyper-V.
  
  
• Architecture: You will actively shape the design of Active Directory structures, Hyper-V environments, group policies, and file and print servers.
  
  
• IT Security: You will be responsible for hardening the Windows environment, controlling patch management, and further developing our authorization concept.
  
  
• Project Responsibility: You will take responsibility for the technical implementation in our IT projects and work closely with the IT team and project management.
  
  
• Documentation & Communication: You will document your work in Jira and Confluence and select the appropriate communication method for each situation.

• Expertise: You have well-founded practical experience in the design, setup, and administration of Windows server environments.
  
  
• IT Infrastructure: You have practical experience with hybrid scenarios (Azure / Entra ID) as well as solid knowledge in the area of IT infrastructure (network, backup).
  
  
• Qualification: You have completed IT training, e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician, or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience.
  
  
• Work Style: You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and maintain an overview even with complex tasks.
  
  
• Communication & Teamwork: You communicate confidently, enjoy working in a team, and have German language skills at C1 level.

• Telecommunications: Experience in the administration of telecommunications solutions, ideally Mitel, or unified communications systems
  
  
• Network Technology: Solid knowledge of switching, routing, firewalls, and VLANs
  
  
• Backup & Recovery: Knowledge in the area of backup and recovery
