Tasks

Your Tasks

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
• IT support for internal users (1st-2nd level)
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in case of IT disruptions
• Management of user rights, access and software licenses
• Ensuring a stable and secure IT operation (backup, IT security, maintenance)
• Further development of network and server structures with regard to performance, security and reliability
• Collaboration and coordination with external IT service providers
• Administration of the telephone system and time recording system

Qualification

Your Profile

• Vocational training as a computer scientist for system integration, IT systems electronics or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of Windows environments, network technology, virtualization and firewalls
• Service-oriented, solution-focused and reliable working style
• Pleasure in teamwork and communication
