Aufgaben

• As Onsite-Support, you'll take care of support requests from the 1st-, 2nd- and 3rd-level and process these structured through the ticket system
• In your daily work, you'll troubleshoot issues with standard applications, clients, and peripheral devices – both remotely and on site
• You'll also install, configure, and maintain PC hardware, software, mobile devices, and accessories
• You'll carefully document solutions, processes, and requests and ensure a sustainable knowledge base
• In the production environment, you'll support special hardware like label printers or barcode scanners
• You'll actively participate in IT projects, roll-outs, and relocations and work closely with internal teams and external service providers

Qualifikation

• You've completed a vocational training in the IT sector and have already gained experience in IT services or 2nd-level support
• Your communication skills and service orientation stand out – also when communicating with international colleagues (m/w/d)
• You'll approach users (m/w/d) with an open and friendly demeanor
• You possess good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• If possible, you've already gained experience in the IT or production environment
