As an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) – Support & Infrastructure, you are an important point of contact for our colleagues and, together with our IT team, ensure reliable IT operations. Whether user support, hardware, servers, or telephony: you take care of ensuring that our IT functions in daily business, solve technical problems, and continuously develop your know-how.

Your Area of Responsibility

• You are there when technology doesn't cooperate: As the first point of contact for our colleagues, you support them with questions and issues related to hardware and software, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and easily.

• A functioning workplace starts with reliable IT: You set up workplaces, notebooks, and other hardware, manage our end devices, and ensure that our colleagues can work with good technical equipment.

• Everything must run smoothly behind the scenes too: Together with our IT team, you manage our existing IT infrastructure – from servers and networks to our Voice-over-IP telephony – and support ensuring stable operation.

• IT daily life means variety: Onboarding new employees technically, setting up permissions, replacing hardware, or analyzing a malfunction – you handle a wide variety of tasks from our daily IT operations.

• Not every problem ends at Level 1: You analyze technical malfunctions, solve them independently where you can, and involve the right colleagues or external contacts for more complex issues.

• Good IT gets better together: You document solutions and recurring questions, contribute your experience from daily operations, and help us to continuously improve our IT processes.

• IT is your home: You have completed vocational training in the IT field – for example, as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration – or have comparable practical experience in IT support or system administration.

• You know IT daily life: Ideally, you already have experience in user support and are comfortable in Microsoft environments and with hardware and software. Knowledge of networks, servers, or Voice over IP is a plus – but not a must.

• Problems awaken your problem-solving instinct: You enjoy getting to the bottom of technical malfunctions, work in a structured way, and maintain an overview even when multiple requests land on your desk at the same time.

• Service is part of IT for you: You enjoy working with people, explaining technical contexts clearly, and are happy to help colleagues with their IT questions.

• You want to develop further: You don't have to know everything yet. It is much more important to us that you are curious, want to take responsibility, and are eager to continuously expand your knowledge together with our IT team.
