Tasks

• Maintenance, configuration, and further development of the WebEx Collaboration platform including user training
• Planning, implementation, and monitoring of VoIP- and video-communication systems – ideally with VoIP via WebEx
• Management and configuration of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) using MDM software
• Analyzing and troubleshooting phone problems including diagnosis and troubleshooting by remote access
• Participation in planning and installation of telecommunications equipment
• Purchasing, configuring, and lifecycle management of VoIP devices and accessories
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation

Qualification

• Completed education or studies in the field of computer science, network technology, or comparable
• Practical experience with WebEx – you know the platform, not just from theory
• Knowledge in VoIP technologies; experience with VoIP over IP via WebEx is a significant plus point
• Fundamental knowledge of networks (TCP/IP environment)
• Experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and/or collaboration certifications are advantageous
• A reliable personality with team spirit, stress resistance, and hands-on mentality – you solve problems instead of passing them on
• Pleasure in technically challenging environments and willingness to engage in a security-relevant industry
