Tasks

• Maintenance and support of users in 1st- and 2nd-level support – by phone, remote, and on-site.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software are part of your daily routine.
• Administration of Windows servers, clients, and networks as well as Linux systems.
• Support for the introduction and administration of Microsoft 365.
• Analyzing and resolving IT disruptions.
• Coordination and communication with software manufacturers in the context of support.
• Maintenance of IT documentation and active participation in IT projects.
• Collaboration with external service providers and internal specialist departments.
• Participation in a regulated on-call duty.

Qualification

• You have completed an education in the IT sector (e.g. Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification.
• You bring good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, network technologies, and IT security.
• You have experience with Microsoft 365 and ideally Active Directory.
• You are familiar with communication with software manufacturers and handling ticket systems.
• You work service-oriented and structured.
• You are a strong communicator and a true team player.
• You possess good German and English language skills.
