• Solely responsible for creating IT requirement definitions, IT concepts, and IT security guidelines
• Responsibility for implementing your concepts as well as advising our customers on our services
• Maintenance of the areas Server, Storage, Network, and IT Security, as well as projects in the IT Admin environment
• Installation and administration of Microsoft servers and Microsoft/Apple client systems (physical and virtual) for our customers, including analysis and troubleshooting
• Conceptualization and maintenance of all services of a Windows network
• Selection, procurement, installation, and documentation of IT systems according to customer order

Qualification

• Completed training as a specialist in computer science for system integration or equivalent training/study
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a system administrator
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment
• Good knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN)
• Experience in larger IT environments with common Windows Server and client operating systems
• Good knowledge of virtualization technologies from Hyper-V
• Good communication skills, including presentations to customers, as well as excellent service- and customer-orientedness
• High motivation, communication skills, confident demeanor, and team spirit
