As an IT System Administrator (m/w/d), you will ensure that our IT landscape remains reliable, secure, and future-proof. You will take responsibility for operating our systems, support our users with complex queries, and drive the further development of our IT actively forward. This is Your Task

• Technical Support at a High Level
  You will take over second- and third-level support for complex technical inquiries and ensure sustainable and efficient solutions.

• Administration of Our IT Systems
  You will manage and administer our Windows Server landscape, Active Directory structures, and central applications within a virtualized IT environment.

• Analyze and Troubleshoot
  You will analyze complex IT disruptions, identify causes, and accompany users until the successful resolution of the problem.

• Automation and Optimization
  You will develop and optimize processes using PowerShell scripts and contribute to increasing the efficiency of our IT.

• Participation in IT Projects
  You will support the planning, implementation, and further development of company-wide IT projects and bring your own ideas for modernizing our system landscape into play.

• Network and Hardware Support
  You will manage our corporate network, configure and maintain IT hardware, and accompany the introduction of new systems and components.

• Documented Solutions and Knowledge Management
  You will document solutions, processes, and error patterns in a structured manner and create a sustainable knowledge base for the entire team.

This is What You Bring

• You hold a completed education in the IT field, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• You have already gained experience in system administration or IT support.

• You possess fundamental knowledge of Windows Server systems, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.

• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automating processes is desirable.

• You work structured, responsible, and maintain an overview even when dealing with multiple parallel tasks.

• You can explain complex technical relationships in a clear and concise manner and address users accordingly.

• You are characterized by high service orientation, solution strength, and personal initiative.

• You approach new technologies and changes with an open mind and actively contribute to the further development of our IT landscape.

• Teamwork is second nature to you. At the same time, you bring your own initiative, think solution-oriented, and tackle new tasks with enthusiasm and engagement.
