IT-System Administrator (m/w/d)

Our client is one of the leading retail construction companies in Germany, with around 160 employees.

Tasks

• Maintenance of the entire hardware and software infrastructure of the company.
• Implementation and administration of Windows server systems.
• Promotion, maintenance, and optimization of Windows Active Directory and Citrix XenServer virtualization.
• Monitoring and further development of networks and systems.
• Participation in planning and implementation of the migration of new software modules into company-specific processes.
• Patch and security management regarding firewall/proxy, VPN, virus scanner.
• Support for local teams on all application-related issues (1st level support).

Qualification

• Completed training as a systems integration specialist or equivalent qualification.
• You are experienced in working with Windows-based server and client systems (from Windows Server 2008) and related services.
• You have good knowledge of the Windows Active Directory area.
• In addition, you have experience working with storage virtualization and Linux server systems.
• We expect good knowledge of the MS-365 world (especially Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and VOIP.
• Prior experience with Crystal Reports is desirable.
• You work gladly solution-oriented in a team.
