Area of responsibility

• Planning, configuration, and integration of IT systems and network infrastructures

• Installation and commissioning of hardware and software solutions at the customer's premises

• Analysis and resolution of technical problems both remotely and on-site

• Maintenance and support of existing IT infrastructures

• Participation in IT projects and contribution to technical documentation

• Technical point of contact for customers and providers for system-related inquiries

• Administration and support of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions

• Processing of support requests in first and second-level support

• Completed apprenticeship as a certified IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification

• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least C1 level) required

• Relevant professional experience in the described field of activity required: network administration, Windows server environments, and virtualization technologies

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, firewalls, and backup solutions is an advantage

• Structured, independent work style and a strong team spirit

• Willingness to travel and flexibility in work arrangements
