IT-System Administrator (m/w/d) | Managed Services & Infrastruktur

Tasks

• Administration, maintenance, and further development of server and network environments (on-prem & Cloud)
• Care for Microsoft 365, Azure services, and hybrid environments
• First- and second-level support for customers – remote and occasionally on-site
• Installation, configuration, and migration of new systems
• Backup, monitoring, and security concepts in daily and project business
• Documented, optimized, and active shaping of the IT landscape

Qualification

• Completed IT training or comparable experience
• Solid knowledge of Windows servers, networks, firewalls, virtualization
• Ideal experience with Azure / M365 / Exchange / VLAN / VPN
• Pleasure in customer contact and solution-oriented work
• Your own ideas, humor, and the desire to make things truly better
• Good German language skills
