IT-System Administrator (m/w/d)

Kommunikationssysteme Scholz oHG, a company based in Neuss, has been offering professional and innovative solutions around communication and IT for demanding customers for over 30 years. With our nine-member team, we specialize in TK-, network- and IT-systems for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Tasks

• Point of contact for IT- and TK-related questions in the hardware and software sector
• Setup, administration, maintenance, and support of server hardware, storage, server/client operating systems, and corresponding network components
• Administration and migration of Windows network environment (Domain Controller, Active Directory). Setup of corresponding shares, permissions, and group policies
• Counseling and training of customers in their system environment
• Identification, troubleshooting of user problems, and documentation by phone, remote or on-site

Qualification

• Completed technical education (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration or comparable knowledge in the IT sector, possibly also non-IT professionals)
• Ideal candidate with several years of experience in customer support and setting up and maintaining IT infrastructures
• Very good knowledge of current Windows server/client environments and Microsoft 365 environment
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and network topology
• Ideal candidate with experience in the TK- area
• Outstanding service readiness, team ability, and friendly demeanor
• High problem-solving skills, self-organization, flexibility, and goal-oriented behavior
• Ongoing interest and pursuit of current technologies and developments
