IT-System Administrator (m/w/d)

Tasks

You are responsible for ensuring the availability and security of our IT systems and server landscape. With your expertise, you will ensure a smooth operation and actively shape the development of our IT environment.
Your tasks include:

• Administration and maintenance of Windows servers (including Active Directory, group policies, hardening)
• Management of virtualized environments (e.g. VMware with Veeam, Hyper-V or Nutanix)
• Care for enterprise storage systems and backup solutions
• Safeguarding and further development of IT security measures, malware protection, and patch management
• Participation in planning and implementation of IT projects in the server and system area
• Collaboration with internal departments and external partners for troubleshooting and optimization

Qualification

• Completed education or degree in the IT field
• At least 5 years of experience in system and server administration
• Very good knowledge of Windows server environments, virtualization, storage, and backup
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and system hardening is advantageous
• Analytical, structured working style and high problem-solving competence
• Independent, team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for modern IT
• Very good German language skills (at least C1)
