IT-System Administrator (m/w/d)

Imagine yourself as a central IT contact, ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic team – from support to system optimization. This role offers you variety and responsibility in the IT infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• First- and Second-Level-Support for colleagues by phone, remote or on-site, including fault analysis and escalation.
• Management and maintenance of IT systems: installation, configuration, monitoring of client hardware/software, servers (e.g. SQL, Hyper-V, VMware), networks and Active Directory.
• Integration of new devices (PCs, laptops, printers, phones) into the network as well as maintenance of user accounts, access rights and programs (e.g. MS 365, Signaturmanager, MDM, Otobo, Syslog, Exchange).
• Maintenance of IT security, data protection and system stability (network availability, server load, protection against failures).
• Creation of instructions, user guides and support for updates, projects as well as independent further education.
• Optimization of storage media, infrastructure and incorporation of current IT trends.

Qualifikation

• Completed training as a computer scientist (system integration or comparable) or equivalent practical experience in IT support/applications management.
• Solid knowledge in Microsoft environments (Active Directory, MS 365/Office, Windows-client/server), networks and basic server administration.
• Experience with system integration, support tools and IT security; affinity to tools like Baramundi or EVVA an advantage.
• Structured, service-oriented working style with pleasure in customer contact and problem-solving.
• Good German knowledge; English desirable. Willingness to independent further education (e.g. via online resources).​
