IT-System Administrator (m/w/d) - Infrastructure & Service

Georg Köbele is one of the leading companies in the region for products and services around the office. Approximately 70 employees in Nagold and Rottweil-Neufra develop comprehensive overall concepts and tailored solutions in the areas of IT systems, printing systems, document management, office & object equipment, and office supplies.

Location: Nagold | Time: Immediately | Scope: Full-time (40h)

Tasks

• Responsibility for the Köbele IT infrastructure: Ensuring a stable and smooth operation of the entire IT system landscape.
• Overview of internal system landscapes: Monitoring and evaluating existing IT structures with regard to performance, actuality, and security (e.g. hardware, operating systems, licenses, data backup) as well as deriving concrete measures.
• Consultation & Development: Supporting the management team and implementing measures through planning of investments, license requirements, and modernizations (e.g. network, segmentation, WLAN).
• IT Customer Support: Independent implementation of IT service tasks, analysis, and troubleshooting of errors as well as technical support for customer environments in ongoing operation.
• Installation & Commissioning of IT Systems: Implementation of installations, rollouts, and system settings at the customer's site as well as setting up, configuring, and commissioning new hardware and software.
• Coordination & Delegation: Steering, coordinating, and distributing internal system administration tasks within the IT team.

Qualification

• Qualification: Completed IT training, further education or comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience: Practical experience in IT system administration and IT service environment.
• System & Infrastructure Knowledge: Safe handling of Windows clients and server structures (e.g. Active Directory) as well as basic knowledge of network technologies and virtualization.
• Tech Implementation Competence: Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting complex IT errors as well as implementing installations, system settings, and infrastructure measures.
• Overview & Responsibility Awareness: Ability to consider IT systems holistically, recognize interdependencies, and prioritize tasks independently.
• Serviced-Oriented Work Style: Responsible work style with reliable adherence to agreements and deadlines. Sovereign and professional representation of Köbele as an IT service provider.
• Driver's License Class B: Willingness to perform service tasks at the customer's site (remote and on-site).
