We are currently looking for reinforcement in direct placement for a company in the automotive supply industry in Achim near Bremen:

Responsibilities

• Support and further development of the IT infrastructure at the site
• Administration, installation, and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems
• User support and client management
• Administration and configuration of the network environment including switch management and network monitoring
• Support of database systems and data interfaces
• Installation and support of hardware and software used in the company
• Ensuring the operational readiness of IT systems
• Support in the maintenance of production-related IT systems and automated plants
• Participation in topics related to data protection and IT security

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector, e.g., as a specialist in system integration or IT system electronics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT system administration
• Good knowledge in the administration and support of Windows systems
• Knowledge in the administration of Linux systems, ideally Ubuntu
• Experience in network administration and configuration
• Knowledge of working with SQL databases, ideally MySQL
• Ideally, initial experience in PHP, JavaScript, or scripting
• Knowledge in web administration and Mobile Device Management (MDM) is an advantage
• Experience with high-bay warehouse systems, PLCs, or other automated production systems are an advantage, but not a prerequisite
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong service orientation
