In this versatile role, you will further develop our existing IT landscape and work on diverse topics related to modern infrastructures, secure networks, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and the digitalization of our corporate processes. You will independently take responsibility and implement future-proof IT solutions together with various teams. We are flexible regarding the distribution of your working hours and will agree on a model together that suits you and our team.

Your Mission
- You will manage our corporate IT and further develop existing systems and structures together with the team.
- You will reliably administer network, server, and cloud infrastructures and support their optimization.
- You will implement measures in the areas of IT security and cybersecurity and contribute to the further development of our security standards.
- Firewalls, VPNs, and other security solutions will be managed and continuously monitored by you.
- You will analyze digital business processes and support the identification and implementation of suitable automation possibilities.
- You will evaluate new technologies and IT solutions for their benefits and support their introduction.
- You will contribute your technical ideas to the development of internal software solutions and automations.
- Together with development, support, and operations, you will implement cross-departmental IT topics.
- You will independently take on IT projects and bring them to a structured conclusion.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker*in), a degree in IT, or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least two years of professional experience in the IT field.
- You are well-versed in modern corporate networks, server landscapes, and network architectures.
- You have practical knowledge in the areas of cybersecurity, firewalls, routing, and VPN.
- Ideally, you have already worked with cloud technologies and modern Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or Azure.
- New technologies related to cloud, AI, and automation spark your interest.
- An analytical, structured, and self-reliant way of working characterizes you.
- You communicate very confidently in German and have good English skills.
