We are looking for you to fill the position of „IT-System Administrator (m/w/d) in Dresden“.

Tasks

• As IT-System Administrator (m/w/d), you will take over the administration, security, and further development of server and IT system landscapes.
• You will install, configure, and maintain systems according to defined security and operating standards.
• You will manage storage systems, ensure high-performance and highly available data connections, and integrate them into existing infrastructure.
• You will ensure the smooth cooperation of various IT systems, including Linux systems, and support integration into existing network and user environments.
• You will automate recurring tasks, create and maintain scripts, and support the provision, maintenance, and evaluation of new IT solutions.

Qualification

• You bring an education in the IT sector, e.g., as a Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-System Administrator (m/w/d), IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.
• You have ideally already gained experience as an IT-System Administrator (m/w/d), System Betreuer (m/w/d), IT-Administrator (m/w/d) or in the care of server and storage environments.
• Ideal candidates have already gained experience in the care of IT infrastructures, server landscapes, networks, or Linux systems.
• You are characterized by a structured, self-responsible working style, team ability, and good communication skills.
• You possess negotiation-proof German language skills as well as good English language skills that round out your profile.
