IT-System Administrator (m/w/d)

In this role as IT-System Administrator (m/w/d) with support tasks, you will be responsible for an Enterprise infrastructure around Windows Server 2025, Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL Server. Client workstations, multifunction devices, and mobile devices including MDM will also be your responsibility, as well as 1st and 2nd level support directly on-site at the power plant. With Baramundi, you will work on software packaging, distribution, and automation, and wrap up incidents according to ITIL in a ticket system. Additionally, you will bring your project management talent into play for software migrations, major updates, and coordinating external service providers.

Tasks

• You will set up and maintain client workstations.
• You will reliably maintain multifunction devices.
• You will administer mobile devices including MDM, ideally with Baramundi.
• You will take over 1st and 2nd level support directly on-site at the power plant.
• You will bring your project management skills into play for software migrations, major updates, or coordinating external service providers.

Qualification

• You are familiar with Windows Server 2025 in an Enterprise environment.
• You know Active Directory, CA, PKI, GPO, WSUS, and Printserver.
• You are familiar with the administration of Windows clients.
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Exchange.
• You bring SQL Server along, and Oracle knowledge is ideally also present.
• You set up VMware and Veeam securely.
• Baramundi is very desirable – especially in the areas of software packaging and distribution, automation, as well as asset management.
• Incident handling according to ITIL in a ticket system belongs to your daily routine.
