In this position, you will take responsibility for a diverse system landscape and work with both Windows and Linux systems. This goes beyond mere administration and troubleshooting: you will contribute your ideas, optimize existing structures, and actively develop the IT infrastructure. Whether it's server operation, automation, security, or the implementation of new IT projects – a varied environment awaits you, where technical expertise and initiative are in demand.

Responsibilities
- Administration & operation of a hybrid IT landscape with Windows & Linux
- Ensuring stability, performance & IT security
- 1st–3rd Level Support, troubleshooting & root cause analyses
- Automation & optimization of monitoring, patch, and deployment processes
- Participation in IT projects, rollouts, and further development of standards & best practices
Qualifications
- Completed IT training, degree, or comparable qualification
- 5+ years of experience in administering complex, hybrid IT environments
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 & Windows permissions
- Practical experience in IT security, automation & scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Hands-on mentality, initiative, and experience beyond the classic service desk
