We expect you to have a diverse range of tasks, where you can take responsibility for designing and implementing IT infrastructure projects at our customers. Aufgaben

• Responsibility for the implementation of IT-(part-)projects as well as consulting our customers regarding our services
• Care of the areas Server, Storage, Network, and IT-Security, as well as projects in the IT-Admin-environment
• Installation and administration of Microsoft servers and Microsoft/Apple client systems (physical and virtual) at our customers, including analysis and troubleshooting
• Concept and maintenance of all services of a Windows network
• Selection, procurement, installation, and documentation of IT systems according to customer order
• No helpdesk activities (1st and 2nd level), we have a central team for that

Qualifikation

• Completed training as a Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration or equivalent training/study
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a system administrator (preferably in an IT-system house)
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment
• Good knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN)
• In-depth experiences in larger IT environments with common Windows Server and client operating systems
• Good knowledge of virtualization technologies from Hyper-V (or VMware/Proxmox)
• In-depth experiences in the Microsoft Cloud - Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Intune etc. desirable
• Ideal experience with alternative operating systems (e.g. Linux)
• Good communication skills, also in presentations to customers
• Outstanding service and customer orientation
• High motivation, communication skills, confident appearance, and team spirit
