• Eigenverantwortliches und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten bei der IT-Systemadministration
• Ideenreiche und gleichermaßen verantwortungsbewusste Mitgestaltung und Steuerung der IT-Systemprozesse

Your focus

• Installation, Administration, Support of Clients and Servers
• Mitverantwortlichkeit für die Administration unserer heterogenen IT-Landschaft
• Störungsanalyse und Behebung
• Telefonische Anwenderbetreuung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
• Bearbeitung aller IT-relevanten Fragestellungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
• Erstellung der technischen Dokumentation über IT-Infrastruktur und Netzwerkpläne

Qualification

Your profile - qualifications

• Organisationstalent and communicative
• SUCCESSFUL completion of an IT vocational training or a comparable training or experience
• Solid understanding of IT processes
• Experiences with administration and maintenance of modern Windows infrastructure (Active Directory, GPOs and server services)
• Knowledge in the area of network infrastructure (switches, routers & firewalls)
• Experiences in the areas: mail servers, backup solutions, antivirus solutions and virtualization
• team-oriented, precise, motivated, organized, customer-oriented & technically skilled
• Driver's license class B
• Cross-industry entrant with IT experience welcome
