Tasks

• Administration, maintenance, and development of IT systems (servers, clients, networks)
• Care for Windows environments
• Installation, configuration, and monitoring of hardware and software
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in 1st-, 2nd- and possibly 3rd-level support
• Support for IT projects (e.g. migrations, virtualization, cloud solutions)
• Documented systems and processes
• Contact person for customers with technical questions (remote and/or on-site)

Qualification

• Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of system and network administration
• Experience with common server, client, and network technologies
• Knowledge of virtualization, backup solutions, and IT security is advantageous
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
• Teamwork ability, communication strength, and service orientation
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking, English language skills are an advantage
