In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation and continuous development of Enterprise-Content-Management platforms. You will ensure a high-performance, secure, and highly available system landscape and actively drive new technologies and innovative solutions forward.

Tasks

• You will ensure a stable and up-to-date system landscape through regular maintenance, updates, and upkeep work.
• You will continuously develop existing ECM structures, test new solutions in the test environment, and implement optimizations proactively.
• You will evaluate new technologies in the ECM field, assess their benefits, and integrate them into ongoing operations.
• You will ensure that disaster recovery concepts function and the highest IT security standards are met.
• You will be responsible for performance, stability, and maximum availability of the platform.
• You will accompany planned maintenance windows on selected weekends with your team and take turns in being on call.

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree in computer science or a comparable technical education.
• In addition, you have already gained several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in the operation and development of ECM systems in a Three-Tier architecture.
• You also possess initial knowledge in scripting (e.g. PowerShell or Shell), working with databases (e.g. MS SQL, PostgreSQL), and working with Windows- and Linux environments.
• You are already familiar with ITIL processes and willing to further develop your skills.
