To support the team, we are looking for an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) in full-time employment as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• You will administer Windows and Linux servers and ensure reliable system operation.

• You will continuously develop the virtual server environment based on Proxmox and ensure backup and recovery processes.

• You will independently manage and administer Microsoft 365 as well as hybrid IT environments consisting of on-premises and cloud systems.

• Administration of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows clients, and Intune and MDM are part of your responsibilities.

• You will independently perform patch management, monitoring, and the analysis and resolution of incidents.

• You will support users with technical questions in first and second-level support and, if necessary, work with external service providers.

• You will document systems, processes, and changes in a comprehensible and structured manner.

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training in the IT field or possess a comparable qualification.

• You already have initial experience as an IT System Administrator – committed career starters are also welcome.

• You are proficient in handling Windows Servers and Active Directory.

• Knowledge of working with Proxmox or comparable virtualization solutions is an advantage.

• A structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working characterizes you.
