Aufgaben

Your tasks on deck:

• You maintain our predominantly cloud-based IT landscape – from Google Workspace over Microsoft 365 and MS Dynamics to Zoho – as well as our on-premises running baramundi server for central endpoint management.
• You work together with the team to harmonize and technologically advance our systems.
• You are in contact with system providers and ensure the security, availability, and quality of our IT documentation.
• You are the first point of contact for over 200 colleagues when it comes to technical questions or procurement and setup of hardware.
• You plan IT training sessions and pass on your knowledge as a competent contact person to the team.

Qualifikation

We expect from you:

• You have an education as (Fach-)Informatiker, System Administrator or similar qualification and first-hand experience.
• Fundamental programming knowledge and experience with database administration (SQL) are a plus – not a must.
• You look beyond the horizon, work goal-oriented, and have a quick understanding.
• You are a true team player, open to feedback – and communicate failures just as sovereignly as successes.
• You possess good English skills to move confidently in an international environment.
• Your workplace is directly at the Ostkreuz, occasionally you support our sales team but also personally on-site in Hamburg.
