Our backstube, administration, and branches rely on reliable IT infrastructure. To support and develop our systems, we are looking for an engaged IT-System Administrator (m/w/d) who can independently solve technical challenges and actively shape our digitalization.

You bring:

• A completed education in the IT field, for example as a computer scientist for system integration (m/w/d), or equivalent qualification

• Experience in managing Windows servers, networks, and various IT systems

• A good technical understanding and a solution-oriented working style

• A self-reliant, structured, and reliable working style

• Pleasure in supporting colleagues with technical questions

• Teamwork skills and the willingness to implement practical solutions independently

Your task priorities in our team:

• Maintenance, maintenance, and further development of our IT and network infrastructure

• Maintenance and upkeep of computer technology in administration, production, and branches

• Support for the introduction and maintenance of software solutions, such as inventory management, time recording, cash register systems, and production planning

• Pensioning of master data in central software systems, including article, customer, supplier, and recipe data

• First point of contact (First-Level-Support) for technical questions from our employees in administration and production

• Analysis and troubleshooting of disturbances during operation

• Collaboration and coordination with external IT service providers

• Documented existing systems and technical processes
