Tasks

• Maintenance and support of existing IT infrastructures of our customers.
• Processing of support requests as part of the 2nd level service
• Administration and maintenance tasks of IT systems at the customer's site
• Collaboration in the Managed Services team
• Installation and migration of Microsoft systems
• Implementation of virtualization solutions to optimize IT infrastructure
• Management of Unified Device Management of our customers

Qualification

• Completed training in an IT profession or a degree in computer science
• Relevant professional experience in the administration of networks and infrastructure solutions
• Very good knowledge in the operation of Microsoft infrastructures and Veeam backup solutions
• Goal-oriented and structured way of working
• Communication talent
• Confident demeanor
• Motivation to familiarize yourself with this area
