IT-System Administrator (m/w/d) - 1430

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator (m/w/d) with a focus on Microsoft Windows-based infrastructure.

Tasks

• Administration and operation of Windows-client as well as virtual and physical server environments
• Support for employees in 1st- and 2nd-level support (on-site and remote)
• Maintenance and development of network and IT infrastructure
• Management of hardware, workstations, and mobile devices (iOS)
• Operation and monitoring of backup and recovery landscape
• Collaboration with external IT service providers and partners
• Counseling of departments on technical questions
• Maintenance of IT documentation as well as participation in optimization and IT projects

Qualification

• Completed IT training or extensive experience in the corresponding field
• Experience in system administration of Windows-server and client environments
• Practice in user support as well as operation of network infrastructure
• Good knowledge in virtualization technologies and backup solutions
• Ideal, basic knowledge in the Linux environment
• A high awareness for IT security and stable operating processes
• Self-contained, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Good German and English skills in writing and speaking
