IT-System Administrator / IT-Support Staff (m/w/d) in Part-Time (20–25 Hours)

We at BA Logistics GmbH ensure that our logistical processes run smoothly. To keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, we are looking for an experienced, structured, and self-reliant professional (m/w/d) to support our internal IT. Your Tasks

• Self-Responsible System Maintenance: You take over the installation, configuration, and continuous maintenance of our entire hardware and software landscape.
• Reliable IT Support: You are the competent point of contact for technical questions and resolve issues within the 1st- and 2nd-level support framework independently.
• User & Active Directory Management: You manage user accounts, control right and role assignments, and accompany new employee onboarding processes from an IT perspective.
• Quality Assurance & Documentation: You document our IT processes, create understandable guidelines for users, and keep our system documentation up-to-date at all times.

Job Requirements

You bring with you

• Educational Background & Experience: A successfully completed education in the IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker/in for Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification with first work experience.
• Work Style: A structured, solution-oriented, and absolutely self-reliant work style – you keep your overview even on turbulent days.
• Communication: Very good German language skills and a friendly, service-oriented demeanor towards colleagues.
