IT-System Administrator / IT-Support Staff (m/w/d) in Part-Time (20–25 Hours)

To keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, we are looking for an experienced, structured, and self-reliant professional (m/w/d) to support our internal IT. Deine Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Systempflege: You take over the installation, configuration, and continuous maintenance of our entire hardware and software landscape.

• Zuverlässiger IT-Support: You are the competent point of contact for technical questions and troubleshoot issues within the 1st- and 2nd-level support framework independently.

• User- & Active-Directory-Management: You manage user accounts, control right and role assignments, and accompany the onboarding process for new employees from an IT perspective.

• Qualitätssicherung & Dokumentation: You document our IT processes, create understandable guidelines for users, and keep our system documentation up-to-date at all times.

• Ausbildung & Erfahrung: A successfully completed training in the IT sector (e.g. Fachinformatiker/in for Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification with initial professional experience.
