IT System Administrator with a Focus on First-Level Support

THE FOLLOWING TASKS AWAIT YOU:

• Central point of contact for all IT-related concerns of approximately 100 employees, as well as independent planning, coordination, and management of the entire IT operations

• Coordination of external IT service providers to support with complex technical questions and demanding problem scenarios

• Responsibility for setting up, configuring, and maintaining the IT infrastructure, including servers, notebooks, smartphones, and workstation systems

• Administration and management of user accounts, as well as control of access and authorization structures within the company network

• Independent organization and execution of the entire IT onboarding and offboarding process, including the provision and configuration of necessary hardware and software, as well as the granting and revocation of access rights

• Participation in cross-departmental projects, especially for the digitalization of workflows and the continuous optimization of IT processes

• Responsibility for IT security and compliance with data protection requirements within the company

• Structured documentation and independent management of the IT system landscape, accesses, software licenses, and IT processes

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have successfully completed vocational training – ideally in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist, IT System Electronics Technician, or IT Sales Assistant), a degree in computer science, or equivalent

• Several years of professional experience in IT support or application administration

• Strong interest in the diverse and constantly evolving IT world

• Knowledge in programming with VBA as well as in creating and adapting shell scripting

• High self-motivation and a strong willingness to continuously train and develop

• Independent, structured, and project-oriented work style

• Friendly and respectful interaction with colleagues
