Tasks

• Manage and monitor Microsoft M365 / Azure Cloud infrastructures to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• SUPPORT in implementing Azure AI and other Microsoft technologies into our customers' business processes.
• Problem-solving and support for technical inquiries from our customers, so they can get the most out of their IT systems.
• Collaboration with the team to identify and implement new automation possibilities that increase efficiency.
• Carrying out regular system updates and maintenance to ensure the security and stability of the IT infrastructure.

Qualification

• Experience in managing and maintaining Windows Server / M365 and Microsoft Azure infrastructures.
• Knowledge in implementing and integrating Azure AI and Copilot into business processes.
• Able to analyze complex IT problems and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team.
• Engagement for continuous further education and openness to new technologies.
• Class B driver's license
