IT System Administrator – Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace (m/w/d)

What Are Your Responsibilities

• Operational Operation of Microsoft Infrastructure (M365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Client Management: Procurement, Rollout, Configuration, Updates, and License Management of End Devices– including via Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, and Kaseya
• Mobile Device Management: Management of Official iPhones through Intune (MDM) including Rollout, Configuration Profiles, and Security Policies
• User and Rights Management in a Hybrid Entra ID including Conditional Access and Authorization Concepts
• Backup Management as Central Task: Configuration, Monitoring, Regular Restore Tests
• First- to Third-Level Support for Users– from Quick Help at the Workplace to Deep Error Analysis
• IT Security in Daily Operations: Patch Management, Sophos Stack, Awareness, and Implementation of Hardening in Collaboration with External Security Specialists
• Management of External IT Service Providers (Microsoft Partners, Security, Network, Telephony, etc.)
• Documented IT Infrastructure and Processes
• Participation in AI Rollout at FCF – Setup, Support, and Governance of Our AI Tools
• Collaboration on Internal IT Projects with the Head of IT

What FCF Expects from You

• Must-haves:
  • Degree or Study in the Field of Computer Science, System Administration, or Comparable Qualification
  • Practical, Operational Experience in IT Administration – Ideally in the Microsoft Environment
  • Familiarity with the M365 Stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune)
  • Understanding of Network Infrastructure and Firewalls
  • Safety Awareness and Understanding of the Importance of IT Security in a Regulated Financial Sector
  • true Service Orientation and Joy in Supporting Demanding Users
  • Structured, Self-Reliant, and Solution-Oriented Work Style
  • Team Player Mentality, Reliability, Discretion (Client Confidentiality!), and Willingness to Take Responsibility
  • Fluent German in Writing and Speech as well as Good English Reading Comprehension (Technical Documentation)
• Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with Automation (e.g. Power Automate, PowerShell)
  • Experience with Jira (or Comparable Ticketing/Project Tool)
  • First Contact with AI Tools in the Corporate Context
