IT-System Administrator M365 & Hybrid (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Maintenance, administration and continuous further development of hybrid IT infrastructures (On-Premises as well as Microsoft 365 / Cloud platforms like Azure or AWS)

• Responsibility for central Microsoft-365 services, particularly:

• Exchange Online

• Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)

• Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online

• Intune / Endpoint Management

• Collaboration in rollouts, migrations and new introductions (e.g. Microsoft 365, security functions, client environments)

• Support in project planning, technical conception as well as operational implementation

• Taking over 3rd-Level-Support for complex disturbances and technical escalations

• Care of maintenance customers as well as support in ongoing operational operation

• Active participation in standardization, documentation and automation of IT processes

Qualifikation

• Completed IT training or comparable, comprehensive practical experience

• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft-365 environment

• Experience in operating and further developing hybrid infrastructures (On-Premises and Cloud)

• Fundamental knowledge in the following areas:

• Planning, implementation and licensing of IT infrastructures

• Network infrastructure (e.g. site networking, routing, firewalls, zero-trust approaches)

• Entra ID / Identity & Access Management

• Operation and hosting of On-Premises infrastructures (e.g. Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox)

• Endpoint Security and Mobile Device Management

• Safe handling with PowerShell for administration and automation

• Experience in operational IT operation as well as troubleshooting complex system landscapes
