Aufgaben

• In 1st- and 2nd-level support, you help colleagues, set up workstations, and maintain hardware and software on site and by phone.
• With your expertise, you set up firewalls, manage MDM systems, and strengthen mobile security.
• You actively work on IT projects, cooperate with electricians, service providers, and contribute to the further development of the infrastructure.
• You take care of network and system administration, plan infrastructure, ensure fault tolerance, and keep clients, security tools, and telecommunications up-to-date.
• You set up workplaces yourself, install hardware, cable systems, and configure according to specifications.
• In user management, you ensure smooth access rights and maintain accounts in various systems.
• You document processes carefully, optimize them as needed, and ensure that everything remains efficient and secure.
• With your communicative nature, you win trust, quickly resolve inquiries, and explain even complex IT topics clearly.

Qualifikation

• You bring practical experience from system administration, IT support, or a similar activity with you.
• You are familiar with IT systems and networks and have a passion for technology.
• Microsoft 365 is your familiar territory, ideally with touchpoints with SentinelOne or Darktrace.
• You are open to new things and continuously develop yourself further.
• You work effectively and reliably in an IT team that is distributed across multiple locations.
• You explain technical connections clearly and communicate clearly.
• A positive team climate is at the heart of your values, and as a team player, you contribute to it.
