To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for an unlimited support in full-time, with flexible part-time possible upon request.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for administration, operation, and development of our Windows-based IT infrastructure (Hyper-V, Windows Server, Windows 11)
• Care and development of our Microsoft-365 environment including Exchange
• Operation and maintenance of the patch management system
• Administration of the backup system, firewall, and network environment
• Installation, maintenance, and replacement of hardware and software (servers, clients, mobile devices, TK equipment)
• Support and guidance for internal users on IT-specific issues
• Participation in exciting IT projects and active shaping of our IT landscape
• Coordination and collaboration with external service providers

Qualifikation

• Completed training in the IT field (e.g. Fachinformatiker/in or comparable) or equivalent qualification through professional experience
• Multiple years of practical experience in IT administration, ideally with a broad scope of responsibility
• Experience as an IT allrounder in Microsoft environments (Windows Server from 2022, Windows 11)
• Fundamental knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Hyper-V, and network technology
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
• Pleasure in varied tasks and exchange with departments
• Knowledge of Linux
• Experience with Sophos Firewall/WLAN
• Experience in MDM (Mobile Device Management)
• Familiarity with backup systems, ideally Rubrik
