As an internal service provider, we are responsible for the high availability and secure operation of all installed IT solutions. Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the operation, administration, and continuous development of our modern IT infrastructure.

• You administer our Microsoft environment with Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies, ensuring a secure and stable operation.

• You operate and develop our Nutanix AHV environment with a focus on high availability, continuously further developing it.

• You automate recurring processes using PowerShell, Terraform, Nutanix Calm, or similar technologies and actively drive the expansion of Infrastructure as Code.

• You integrate and optimize hybrid cloud solutions based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

• You manage our network and security infrastructure, including firewall, VPN, WLAN, and network segmentation, and implement modern IT security concepts such as Zero Trust, PKI, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Endpoint Security.

• Your tasks also include the operation and development of our backup, storage, and monitoring solutions.

• You work on varied infrastructure and cloud projects with and bring your ideas to the implementation of modern technologies.

• You analyze complex errors independently and resolve them sustainably in 2nd- and 3rd-level support.

• You document technical solutions carefully and support your colleagues with your expertise.

• You shape the technological further development of our IT landscape actively, contributing significantly to the digitalization of our company.

• You have a completed IT education or equivalent degree and possess several years of experience in administering modern IT infrastructures.

• You bring fundamental knowledge of working with Windows and Linux servers, as well as Active Directory, Group Policies, and network technologies such as VLAN, VPN, and firewalls.

• Ideal candidates have already gained experience with virtualization solutions like Nutanix AHV or VMware, as well as high availability, backup, and disaster recovery concepts.

• You are enthusiastic about automation and artificial intelligence and have already worked with PowerShell, Terraform, REST APIs, or similar technologies.

• Ideal candidates also possess knowledge of Odoo, Atlassian Cloud, and Jira Service Management Data Center.

• You have experience working with hybrid IT landscapes as well as cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or AWS.

• Modern IT security concepts such as Zero Trust, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), PKI, network segmentation, and Endpoint Security are familiar to you.

• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, placing great value on quality.
