Job description
We are looking for an experienced IT administrator to take responsibility and feel comfortable in a discreet, value-based environment. Our client is a renowned notary's office in the heart of Munich with a highly specialized team of around 25 employees. They accompany their clients with complex real estate and corporate transactions at the highest level. Absolute discretion, excellent advisory quality, and a smooth notarial practice are not empty words but everyday life here. For the assurance of these high standards, we are looking for an exclusive candidate who wants to take responsibility and feels comfortable in a discreet, value-based environment.
Aufgaben
- Administration and maintenance of the entire Windows-based IT infrastructure (servers, clients, Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
- First- and Second-Level-Support for all employees – quickly, competently, and personally.
- Maintenance and upkeep of printers, telephone systems, as well as iPhone & Smartphone infrastructure.
- Safeguarding the stable operation of office-relevant specialized applications (e.g. notarial software, document management).
- Network maintenance (LAN/WLAN, VPN, firewall) and care for cloud services (M365, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Licensing and asset management as well as procurement of hardware and software.
- Safeguarding data backup, IT security, and data protection conformity (DSGVO).
- Coordination with external service providers and manufacturer support.
Qualifikation
- Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification (all m/w/d)
- Experience in supporting Apple devices (iPhone, possibly iPad) and MDM solutions
- Fundamental knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, VLAN, firewall, VPN)
- Pleasure in direct contact with people – you explain patiently and solution-oriented
- High reliability and a well-developed sense for discretion in the sensitive office environment
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
