• You ensure the stable operation and continuous development of a modern IT infrastructure.
• You administer Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, and central network services.
• You manage virtualization platforms and further develop highly available system landscapes.
• You automate recurring processes and support the expansion of Infrastructure-as-Code approaches.
• You participate in the integration and optimization of hybrid cloud solutions based on modern cloud platforms.
• You actively participate in infrastructure, digitalization, and cloud projects and contribute your own ideas.
• You analyze technical challenges in 2nd and 3rd level support and find sustainable solutions.
• You document systems and processes and share your know-how with colleagues.

• Completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field, as well as practical experience in system administration.
• Good knowledge of Windows and ideally Linux servers.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policies, and network technologies such as VLANs, VPNs, or firewalls.
• Initial exposure to virtualization, backup, or high availability solutions is advantageous.
• Interest in automation, scripting, and modern technologies like PowerShell, Terraform, or APIs.
• Knowledge in the area of cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, or Azure is welcome.
• Understanding of current IT security concepts and their practical implementation.
• A structured way of working, team spirit, and the willingness to learn new things.
