We are seeking you to strengthen the IT team at our location in Werne.

As IT-System Administrator / First-Level-Support (m/w/d), you will be the first point of contact for employees with all IT-related questions. Together with two colleagues, you will ensure that technology runs smoothly in the office, warehouse, and production.

Tasks

• You are the first point of contact for colleagues regarding all IT-related questions
• You ensure a stable and secure IT operation
• You set up workstations and maintain hardware and software
• You keep servers, network, and data security running
• You manage user accounts and access rights
• You drive IT projects forward and develop the infrastructure further

Qualification

• Vocational training as a computer scientist for system integration or equivalent qualification
• First professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
• Good knowledge of Windows environments, networks, and Microsoft technologies
• You are communicative and service-oriented
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills are an advantage
