IT System Administrator First-Level-Support (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• First point of contact for First-Level-Support for our colleagues
• Analyze, process, and solve IT disruptions in daily business (hardware and software)
• Administration and maintenance of our IT systems (clients, servers, network, user management)
• Setup and maintenance of user accounts, access rights, and IT workstations
• Support for the maintenance and further development of our ERP system
• Documented support cases, processes, and system adaptations
• Participation in IT projects (e.g. rollouts, automations, system optimizations)

Your Profile:

• Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or comparable qualification
• First to several years of experience in IT support/system administration
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, user and rights management, and networks
• Ideal experience with ERP systems or similar company applications
• Service-oriented mindset, structured working style, and analytical approach
• Pleasure in solving problems and supporting users in a comprehensible manner
