Aufgaben

• Administration, maintenance and further development of IT systems, servers, clients and network infrastructures.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows- or Linux-based systems as well as related applications and services.
• Maintenance of Microsoft 365-, Azure-, Active Directory-, Exchange-, VMware-, Hyper-V- or comparable environments.
• Analysis and troubleshooting of errors in the 1st-, 2nd- or 3rd-level support, depending on experience and area of application.
• User account management, group policies, permissions, devices and IT workstations.
• Monitoring system availability, conducting backups and participating in IT security and data protection measures.
• Documented IT processes, system changes and technical solutions.
• Collaboration with departments, external service providers, IT management and internal project teams.
• Depending on experience: Taking over responsibility in IT projects, automation, cloud migration, IT security, network administration or professional guidance within the team.

Qualifikation

• Completed training in the IT sector, for example as a Fachinformatiker for system integration, IT system electronics, a study of computer science / business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in IT administration, system administration, network technology or IT support.
• Knowledge of Windows server administration, clients, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 or comparable IT environments.
• Experience with virtualization solutions such as VMware, Hyper-V or similar technologies is advantageous.
• Knowledge of network technology, for example TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, switches or WLAN infrastructures.
• Experience with backup solutions, monitoring, endpoint security, patch management or IT security measures is welcome.
• Knowledge of Linux, Azure, PowerShell, scripting, cloud services or automation is advantageous but not necessarily required.
• A structured, solution-oriented and reliable work style.
• Pleasure in analyzing technical problems, supporting users and sustainably improving IT systems.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
