IT-System Administrator / Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d)

Full-time 39 hours | starting immediately

We are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented person who takes on responsibility in both operational daily business and future-oriented digitalization and automation projects. You will manage our IT infrastructure, support our users, and bring your own ideas into the further development of our IT landscape. Your Tasks:

The core of your work will be ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will be a competent point of contact for our employees and shape technical further development actively with. Specifically, you can expect the following tasks:

• First- and Second-Level-Support: You take up disturbances and inquiries, analyze and resolve these, and are the first point of contact for our users when it comes to technical questions.

• Project collaboration and solution development: You work actively on internal IT projects, develop creative solution ideas independently, and implement them initially in the form of a Proof of Concept (PoC) with full responsibility. The productive implementation follows subsequently in close coordination with IT management, which you accompany.

• Automating with Microsoft Power Platform: You develop your own automation approaches using the Microsoft PowerPlatform, test them in a PoC, and bring yourself into the productive implementation after consultation with IT management to digitalize manual processes and make them more efficient.

• Cloud Computing: You manage and optimize our environments around Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

• Software deployment and OS deployment: You are responsible for software deployment and operating system deployment with Aagon ACMP and Microsoft Intune – particularly the preparation and maintenance of system images.

• Update and asset management: You take over update and patch management as well as IT asset management.

• System monitoring: You continuously monitor our systems to ensure their availability and security at all times.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating technical documentation, as well as writing articles for the internal knowledge base.

You hold a completed education in system integration or a comparable study or equivalent qualification. Ideally, you already have experience in IT support and administration of Microsoft environments. We are particularly looking forward to your bringing:

• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure

• Experience with software deployment solutions, ideally Aagon ACMP and Microsoft Intune, as well as imaging tools

• First practical experiences with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

• Basic knowledge of scripting, e.g. PowerShell

• A self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented work style

• A strong service orientation as well as joy in continuously developing processes and systems

• Teamwork skills, communication strength, and a respectful, social approach to colleagues

• Very good German language skills
