Your Tasks

A versatile environment awaits you, where you will take on responsibility in exciting projects alongside operational IT operations.

• Planning and participation in IT projects – including hardware and software rollouts, cloud migrations, and IT security
• Taking on project management tasks and independently managing individual topics
• Analysis, optimization, and documentation of IT processes in the service and support area
• Management of the telephone system, mobile device management, data center, and document management
• Conception and execution of IT training
• Support and guidance of new employees in the use of IT systems and standard applications

Qualification

What You Bring

You enjoy working independently, can keep an overview even with multiple topics, and have a strong service mentality.

Ideally, you bring:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in a service environment
• Organizational skills as well as a structured and service-oriented way of working
• Self-responsibility, reliability, and commitment
• Proficient use of MS Server, Windows 11, and MS Office
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
