Aufgaben

• Administration, maintenance, and development of IT infrastructures in Windows-, Microsoft-365-, and Cloud-environments
• Management of servers, clients, networks, user rights, and IT systems
• Administration of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, or comparable technologies
• Care for cloud and hybrid cloud environments, particularly with Azure, Intune, or Endpoint Management
• Surety of the ongoing IT operation including monitoring, backup, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Support in IT projects, migrations, rollouts, and modernization of existing system landscapes
• Analysis and resolution of technical issues at 2nd- and 3rd-level support
• Depending on experience: Taking over responsibility in IT security, infrastructure projects, cloud topics, or technical coordination

Qualifikation

• Completed training in the IT sector, for example as a computer scientist for system integration, a study of computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in IT system administration, IT infrastructure, or technical IT support
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networks, firewalls, VPN, or virtualization
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, or Azure is a plus
• Knowledge in IT security, backup, monitoring, endpoint management, or cloud infrastructure is also advantageous
• Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style
• Good communication skills, service orientation, and joy in persistently solving technical challenges
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking

• An attractive, market-based annual salary between 45,000 € and 75,000 € gross – depending on region and experience (Junior to Senior)
