IT System Administrator (all genders) - Hybrid Work (Remote & Presence)

Tasks

User Support and Troubleshooting: Support with IT problems, diagnosis, and solution of hardware and software problems.

Installation and Configuration: Installation and configuration of PCs, laptops, printers; setup of user accounts and software updates.

Network Management: Management and monitoring of networks, support for LANs, WANs, and VPNs, troubleshooting.

Data Backup and Recovery: Regular data backups, disaster recovery plans, data recovery.

Safety Management: Implementation of security measures, management of antivirus software and firewalls, training on IT safety.

Dokumentation and Reporting: Documentation of IT processes, creation of reports, maintenance of a knowledge database.

Training and Further Education: Conducting employee training sessions on new technologies and IT systems.

Hardware Maintenance and Repair: Maintenance and repair of hardware, monitoring of infrastructure, management of warranty claims.

Project Support: Participation in IT projects, collaboration with other departments, support for IT initiatives.

Helpdesk Management: Management of helpdesk tickets, prioritization, and escalation of support requests, fast processing.

Qualification

• You possess a completed education or degree in the IT field.
• Ideal would be to have already gathered 3-5 years of professional experience.
• You are interested in developing structures and processes.
• You have no difficulties reading/understanding English handbooks/instructions.
• You are a team player.
• You possess reliable and service-oriented working habits, as well as autodidactic skills.
