IT System Support Engineer Place of work: Szymanów (pow. trzebnicki) Technologies we use Operating system Windows Your responsibilities Work as member of the IT Support team in Poland, reporting to European IT Infrastructure. Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. (e.g., VPN, internet, Telephone system. emails services etc.) in line with company guidelines/SOP (standard operating procedure), ensuring services are always operational and solving any issues by liaising with various teams and stakeholders. Ensure that all technical issues are resolved in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems. Develop and maintain knowledge of company's IT systems and infrastructure. Stay up-to-date with latest technologies and trends in the field. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
